Ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting that the Club will hold on December 1, during which the ongoing tax audit affecting the Club will be discussed, we are sharing the following documents:

• Notice for Extraordinary General Meeting.
• Reports from two independent tax advisory firms hired by the Club (KPMG and FMC).
• A summary report on the scope of the audit, including a proposal from the Board of Directors.
• Proxy form, in case you are unable to attend.
